I had a very bad habit a few months back. When I read a book "Atomic Habits" after reading which I was surprised that man I have a very bad habit.
Making a list is very important if you want to know about your habits. On the same day and at the same time I made a complete list of bad habits as well as good habits with pen and paper. I made two sections on the paper, one section of bad habit and another section of good habit.
If you want to know about your habits, then it is important to write all those habits on pen and paper.
If you are thinking that today everyone will improve the habit and make a new habit, then it is not so at all. Whether it is a good habit or a bad habit, it takes several days and months to form a habit. Similarly, it will take you several days and months to form and improve a habit.
According to the list, first you work on one habit and when you feel that that habit has been fixed or has become, then start working on the next habit.
You must have heard that if we do some work for 21 days, then that work becomes our habit. Do one habit continuously for 21 days. You will feel confident if you keep working on one habit for 21 days.
It is most important to ask yourself why do you want to make a habit or why do you want to change a habit?
If you do not ask questions, then from where will you get the motivation to work on that habit?
By asking questions, you will get motivation to do a habit continuously and you can change that habit and get your life what you want.
This what I have told is my personal experience. This is how I changed a very bad habit and created a new habit. If you also want, you can also start a good life by changing your habit by doing this because everything is easy.
Whenever you feel that it will not happen now, then ask yourself why it will not happen and think about that answer.
