This is the magic rules of Eyes health care because programmer job is mostly done with computer. We are lots of time sitting and seen computer screen. When we are lots of seen screen our eye not blinks normal beacuse we are forgot to blinks eyes thats why our eyes is dry. Do work 20 minuits and after 20 minuits you can seen 20 foots or 20 meters objects for 20 seconds.
Researchers says if you are not take regular break your body will tired and you are not be productive long time. So oyu have to take some break after some certain task or certain times. The best advise i follow is Pomodoro technique. I do 25 minuits work and after 25 minuits done then i go for walk outside for 5 minuits.
after 4 sessin done then i do break for 30 minuits long breaks for relax minds and body for next sessions more extra poroductvity.
This is the golden rules when you have to do lots of tasks. Your body and health also goods.
Digital detox means one day a week on which you will not look at any digital screen at all. You can read a good book on this day or go for a walk in some nice place. I travel and read books on digital detox days. It's a lot of fun. And the next day again I work on my goal. I code a lot because I love to code.
