My practically experience about productvity .

Whenever we talk about productivity or hear from someone that it means doing more and more work. But this is not the whole truth . Today I want to share my experience with you.

#1. To do List Magic

I make a todo list every Sunday because I make a list of what I have to do in the next week so that my daily time does not go to the list.

  • Remember 20/80 rules
  • Your task match your goal
  • Make task only important work/topics
  • #2. Wakeup Early if posibble

    If you wake up early in the morning, you will feel fresh throughout the day, but do not lose sleep in the wake of getting up early. If you want to get up early then you can go to bed early at night. I don't like to be praised but I wake up every morning at 5 am.

    Any people feel more productive in the morning and the mind remains fresh even after getting up from full sleep. Research says that the work that is most important to you, you should do it first. You can finish your important task in the morning.

    #3. Do Basic Exercise for healthy and energetic feeling

    If you make a habit of exercising every day, then it is very good for you so that you will feel energetic throughout the day. It doesn't matter if you can't exercise much. You can start with small exercises. As soon as you have a habit, you can gradually increase the amount of exercise.

    Do as much exercise as you can. Coming to Josh and me, it is not good to do more exercise in a day

    #4. Stop now junk food and unhealthy foods

    Research says junk food is very harmful. Still people don't stop eating it. You can try to reduce it as much as you can. If you talk to me, how did I stop eating junk food? Whenever I go to the shop, I feel like eating junk food and whenever I feel like it, I eat banana instead. I stopped eating junk food like this. If you want, you can also stop junk food by adopting this method. Apart from this, there are many other options to reduce it. My recommendation would be that you take advice from those who are expert in this because they will guide you well.

    #5. Workspace Magic

    If you do some work at one place every day at the same place, then your mind will not feel much involved. Whenever you go to the place where you work all day, you will automatically start your work.

    Your place should be such that whenever you work, nothing disturbs you. If you work in a place where the sound is more, then you can use headphones for this, so that you will not be disturbed by any nearby sounds.
